  • Excellent Leadership Podcast

New podcast, but so far it’s hitting the mark. As leaders, it’s so easy to fall back on the engrained actions that got us to where we are, even if they are now holding us back. The tips and coaching here is a great reminder of the importance of intentionality, and making an effort to move away from those easy, habitual actions, and leaning into the harder, more challenging actions that will make us successful as leaders.

  • Great teaching and advise

I was sceptical at first but the more I listened the more it resonated with me. As a doer I needed to be more strategic and better at leading. Michael delivers this.

Board of Directors MASTERCLASS (2 of 2) Creating Board Success with Russell Dalgleish
Q: I'd like to know the function of the Board of Directors and whether they have executive power in the company and giving instructions for the company's operation.
The board's responsibilities depend on the Articles of Association and company rules, but generally include governance, setting strategy, and oversight rather than day-to-day operational control, with emphasis on clear job descriptions and defined deliverables for board members.
Starting a New Leadership Role (1/2): The Strategy & 90-Day Plan - Live Coaching
