This podcast provides lots of great actionable strategies.
New podcast, but so far it’s hitting the mark. As leaders, it’s so easy to fall back on the engrained actions that got us to where we are, even if they are now holding us back. The tips and coaching here is a great reminder of the importance of intentionality, and making an effort to move away from those easy, habitual actions, and leaning into the harder, more challenging actions that will make us successful as leaders.
Clear, practical mindset shifts you can apply immediately. Great content for entrepreneurs and leaders. Just when you think you are a pro at what you do, you get coaching from Michael and you become a better Leader!
I was sceptical at first but the more I listened the more it resonated with me. As a doer I needed to be more strategic and better at leading. Michael delivers this.
I love it! I got my first exec and leadership role last year and I knew I needed to do something differently but couldn’t quite figure it out. Can’t wait to learn more
