  • Only Opinions, No Legal Analysis

This podcast used to be focused on explaining legal concepts and diving into the legal implications of various topics. Now it is purely opinion and conjecture. There is no fact-based analysis, no legal analysis; there is only opinions, and those opinions are extremely biased with no counterarguments or opposing viewpoints. If you want real fact-based and legal analysis, go check out Unbiased by Jordan Berman.
