在訪談中，我分享自己為什麼想創作Podcast的緣由？最初是在疫情期間萌生念頭，但當時只是放心裡，沒有行動。直到近年來因工作忙碌生活節奏快轉狀態，身體出現狀況，讓我開始重新思索自己的生活方式。
我開始學習放慢生活步調，學習慢慢覺察自己，認識連結自己。於是再次浮現想開始用聲音記錄生活，有動力實踐Podcast的創作。
很感謝寫寫的鼓勵和祝福，期盼5月回診結果順利，能再次分享這段過程中的成長與轉變。

這一集有點特別，是我第一次接受訪問🥰受邀「冠冠陪你安心聊」的冠冠訪談。
從多次在活動中看見冠冠，到追蹤他的 F B閱讀他的文字，我成為默默欣賞他的粉絲。後來鼓起勇氣主動邀約見面，也讓彼此從粉絲變成朋友，慢慢有更多交流的機會。
在一次電話聊天中，我向冠冠請教製作 Podcast 的經驗，沒想到彼此對話激發靈感，冠冠幫忙想出節目名稱《蘭喃自語》，這個節目就此誕生。
