這是中南部的朋友最常踩到的雷!
日前有學生詢問透天厝火險問題,為了解說方便,我略微修改問題如下:
提問:「透天厝的一樓是自助餐,二樓以上是住家,一樓保商業火險,二樓以上保住宅火險,如果發生火災可否理賠?」
這是許多透天厝會發生的情形,如果是同一個門牌,樓梯在屋內的透天厝,一樓無論是自己營業,或出租給別人營業,#整棟 都要投保 #商業火災保險,否則不會理賠。

,原本一個、一個在回覆,後來實在來不及
,所以乾脆來寫一篇文章,等一下也可以轉貼。
個案的情形是牙醫師在診所在進行
#舒眠療法
時,發生了患者感染肺炎的狀況,進而產生的
#醫療糾紛
。
雖然醫師認為患者感染肺炎跟治療並沒有關係,但是還是申請了醫責險的出險,然而保險公司說,因為沒有附加舒眠療法的條款,所以不能啟動理賠。
話說跟這家保險公司往來醫責險,我的經驗都不是太OK
