Strange surprises lurk inside an old farmhouse and deep beneath the Starcourt Mall. Meanwhile, the Mind Flayer is gathering strength.
Since watching season 4, I’ve sought out every Stranger Things discussion podcast. I put off listening to this one because they’ve only covered the first 3 seasons.
But Kim and Jess are fantastic! I really loved the way they covered the show one episode at a time. That’s dedication and willpower! Their theories, especially Kim’s, were fascinating to listen to, and I can’t believe how much she got right. Also, how was she already asking questions in season 2 that wouldn’t come up until season 4... more
The hosts are both lovely and insightful. As a fellow east coast Canadian I enjoy listing to the recaps from a Canadian perspective (if that is even a thing). You have both great theories and it is one of my favourite ST podcasts. Thank you!!!
Love this podcast. Two funny and completely charming hosts (both women! It's so fun to hear two women having fun together--I rarely hear that on podcasts and it feels so wonderful to hear a friendship that's like my friendships!) Smart theories, good, complete recaps, lots of laughs, fascinating theories (sometimes wild and wacky, sometimes right on target!) One of my favorite ST podcasts out there. Wish they did movies and things too--would listen to all of them!
Kim and Jess are very entertaining and provide down to earth (or to the upside down) review of the show. I am a binge watcher so listening to a recap really helps enjoy the show again. These two work well off of each other and says things just as I was thinking the same thing. JINX!
Highly recommend this podcast and I am going to check out the other podcasts they do.
Good job!
Chris from Syracuse.
A true no-spoilers podcast! Jess and Kim are not afraid to take wild guesses about what's coming next in the show, which is fun to listen to whether you've watched ahead or not. They are hilarious together and obviously enjoy each other's company, which makes for great listening. The scene-by-scene style recap lets me re-live the episode while not loosing track of the plot. I appreciate their ambitious schedule - they've kept up a quick pace with season 2 - which is much appreciated for a binge-... more
