有限会社になり、社員も増え、会社は順調に大きくなっているつもりでした。
ところが、現場を支えていた5人が立て続けに退職。自分が一番働いていれば、みんなはついてきてくれる。そんな思い込みが、教え方やコミュニケーションの不足につながっていました。

飛び込み営業を続ける中で見えてきたのは、仕事をくださいと頼むのではなく、相手が困っていることを解決するという考え方でした。
