  • Excellent podcast on gout!

Excellent update on the current science behind gout. If you get gout flares, this podcast can help you first manage flares, then reduce or eliminate flares altogether.

The key is understanding that you are constantly laying down urate crystals whether you are having flares or not. The key is getting your uric acid levels low enough to begin dissolving them.
