Left Right & Center is for listeners who feel like people on the other side of the political divide are on Mars. David Greene pieces together the big picture by inviting people from the left and the right to unpack their ideological differences, not to smooth them over, and look at what’s truly at stake. The show offers a rare kind of clarity. It doesn’t ask you to agree. It asks you to look more ... more

Democrats claimed victory in Virginia to redraw district maps and flip as many as four seats from Republicans in Congress. It’s the latest in a gerrymandering arms race to control the House that started with the Texas GOP, but where does it end?

Pope Leo’s call for peace evidently didn’t sit well with President Trump. He lashed out and called the Pope bad for foreign policy, while Vice President JD Vance lectured the pontiff to be careful when opining on matters of theology.

President Trump wanted the Iran War to end quickly after six weeks of fighting, and so he issued a dire threat: submit or he will “end an entire civilization.” Now we’re in a fragile two-week ceasefire for negotiations. The White House says the warni... more
President Trump gave a speech this week about the Iran War to say he’s going to finish dismantling the country’s regime. But he also added that this regime seems pretty reasonable. We focus on what’s actually taking place: The U.S. role in the world ... more

Honestly, I think the disparate ratings are evidence that you all are doing the left, right, and center thing well. I am the type of moderate that registers with the party that puts forward the most reasonable seeming candidate(s). Otherwise, I don’t call either party home (though, Sarah Isgur has come close to convincing me I’m a republican several times). Mo is very compassionate for the least of these, which I love. But I don’t think it’s the only thing that should shape policy. We need balan... more
Until this week’s episode, I had not missed an episode since 1996. However, two weeks ago the guest for the Right made abhorrent and disgusting comments about the two shooting victims in Minneapolis and the host failed to call out the disgusting comments. Now in this week’s episode, LRC brought that Right guest back to the show.
While it is important to hear differing views, and in most cases the Right guests are very good, it is even more important to call out those views that are false and a... more
I enjoy most of the content but the audio makes it difficult to listen to, especially outdoors. The quality is significantly worse than ads on your podcast and most other podcasts I listen to.
Love this podcast. Thank you.
I’m a big fan of the show. Thank you for your programming. Just one critique.… (Sarah) makes some fantastic points, but then she needs to be quiet and stop interrupting. She seems to feel the need to make her point when it’s her turn and to make her point again when it’s Mo’s turn as well. That lack of restraint feels like mistrust in the listeners’s ability to hear both sides and weigh them out. I am seldom surprised or even enlightened by what she says during these interruptions because it’s w... more

A unique podcast that presents a platform for listeners who perceive the political ideologies on either side as overly distant or incomprehensible. By bringing together voices from both left and right perspectives, it aims to unravel complex ideological differences, fostering a more nuanced understanding rather than aiming for consensus. The discussions often highlight real stakes in various political issues, challenging conventional beliefs and encouraging listeners to critically evaluate current events without resorting to polarized rhetoric. This analytical approach, which is typically more focused on providing clarity than offering simple solutions, could appeal to those seeking a more in-depth perspective on political dynamics.
