I listen to Dr Kathy Gruvers mini meditation and progression muscle relaxation podcasts every night to help me relax and fall asleep more easily. It’s even helped me manage my chronic pain slightly too.
I found this meditation very relaxing. Her voice was very soft and welcoming to listen to. It was very easy to follow her instructions and get relaxed through her words and the excellent music to relax too.
She is very easy to listen to and the mini-meditations are a life saver.
