從最大心率的65-95%之間，都可能遇到無氧閾值，會隨著體能狀態不斷改變。隨著訓練課程的進度，無氧閾值的心率會持續提升，有趣的是卻不會察覺的體感RPE有任何增加，因為當開始"用力"呼吸時，就開始拓展更好的體能。
