  • Enjoyable content

They do a great job of picking relevant topics to discuss and have guests who contribute greatly. My only complaint would be the interruptions Eric is constantly making, he is the King of Interruption and his guests seem to never get a point across before getting cut off.

  • Awesome and Authentic!

Love this podcast and how the two hosts engage with the topics together. It’s super fun listening to a husband and wife team and hearing the playful banter back and forth and you can tell they’re enjoying this crazy dental ride together.

I really appreciate the openness and honesty in which they approach these topics. Dental life can be brutal and it’s nice to share experiences with others to know we’re not alone.

    Excited for more episodes!

How to Spot a Bad Investment Straight From a Former Federal Prosecutor (ft. Jason Covert)
Q: Is there a price point where it makes sense to hire professional help for review?
Yes—as the amount at stake increases, especially when investing larger sums, it makes sense to engage an attorney or registered investment advisor to review the documentation and the sponsor's disclosures; start with smaller deals and escalate as needed.
The EASIEST Way to Save over $20,000 in 2026! (ft. nadapayments)
Q: What is the role of signage and staff training in implementing surcharges?
Signage must clearly inform patients of the surcharge, and staff should be trained with scripts and rebuttals to handle questions confidently; comprehensive training reduces patient pushback and increases adoption.
The EASIEST Way to Save over $20,000 in 2026! (ft. nadapayments)
Q: Why should a practice consider surcharging rather than raising prices across the board?
Surcharging preserves price integrity for patients paying with cash or debit while letting credit card users cover the processing costs, preventing price increases from impacting all patients and maintaining competitiveness with insurance reimbursements.
The EASIEST Way to Save over $20,000 in 2026! (ft. nadapayments)
Q: What is the typical annual processing fee for a practice doing around a million dollars in payments, and how does that compare to the surcharging model?
Under traditional processing, the monthly fees can run into thousands (e.g., around $2,000 per month in the example), which totals roughly $24,000 a year. With a true surcharge model, the same volume can drop to around $400 per month, saving about $19,000–$20,000 annually.
What ACTUALLY Separates Average vs Profitable Dental Practices (ft. Dr. Spencer Greer)
Q: What would you have changed in your leadership or management style?
In the early days I needed to learn everything myself and take on all leadership tasks, but later I realized I should step back and empower others, appoint the right leader in that role, and avoid micromanaging by letting the team run more autonomously while providing guidance.
