Between baking and wondering if she had a drinking problem, Judith wondered how happy we'd been in our old lives and why 'back to normal' is not a good idea for us or the planet. She's out to change her life and yours for the better in six episodes.

Great to have Judith back in my ears! Looking forward to the next instalment…perhaps on changing careers… Less overwhelmed and still living… ✌️💛🙏
I love Judith Lucy and she brings a smile and a fair bit of laughter with another podcast season. Keep them coming.
