我是從小學音樂長大的，我知道自己非常完美主義，最近在準備教師甄試，已經考了好多年卻每次都差一點點，今年本來完全沒有動力準備，但是意外聽到JR這集，才發現有這麼多好用的科學方法，幫助我一點一滴重拾之前被打垮的信心，雖然這集真的好多理論，可是好多方法好受用，含金量超高！大推👍🏼p.s老師都很愛聽心理學相關的podcast 😂正向心理學每年都考😂😂
