Brings a very real approach to the teachings. Very helpful.
I was originally introduced to this podcast 10 years ago and found it very much transformative. I was new to all of this kind of stuff at the time and found it easy to understand. As time past, I am really amazed by his story telling and integration of this content into his daily life. I always leave feeling a little more calm and inspired to live a more peaceful and purposeful life. This podcast is a true gift.
Jonathan Foust’s talks are entertaining, insightful and deeply moving. His immense knowledge and experiences combined with his gentle manner create a true gift of story telling that is incredibly powerful. He generously shares profound practices in the most thoughtful way. His ability to weave meditation or a “zen pop quiz” into his themed talks is transformational.
Jonathan‘s message continues to guide me on my path to awakening. So grateful for his methods & messages.
I love Jonathan’s talks. I listen to them at night before I go to bed and they are very soothing. He is such an honest and authentic mindfulness teacher- combining his own lived experience with his considerable knowledge and insight. He combines years of yogic practice with Buddhist based mindfulness. He is also very funny. This makes for a very kind and forgiving space. If you want a down to Earth, gentle, compassionate teacher, Jonathan is your man.
