白天工作、回訊息、處理各種大小事,
看起來很正常,甚至有點撐得很好。
但只有自己知道,
每天晚上躺在床上的時候,
腦袋停不下來,莫名的焦慮不安。
曾經以為「變好」應該是一件很用力的事情。
要更自律、要更進步、要一次改變很多很多。
但後來發現,不是不夠努力,是那樣的方式,太累了。
所以我開始試著做一件很小的事。
刷牙的時候,慢慢墊起腳,訓練小腿肌,感覺身體。
等車的時候,不滑手機,也是墊起腳尖、微運動一下。
睡前不再滑到睡著,而是好好躺著,讓自己休息。

我們總以為,要夠好、夠受歡迎、夠成功,
才有資格被愛、被肯定、被溫柔對待。
但其實,僅僅因為你存在,
不必交換條件,

能否背景音樂小到不能再小呢(譬如49集的背景音樂)~~主要是聽妳的聲音和引導,背景音樂太大聲會干擾❤️
能否從頭到腳一個部位一個細節單純的放鬆引導,不要加入形容詞呢❤️
引導進入睡眠狀態後,可否只是下音樂而不要再說話了呢?尤其突然的英文短詩,很突兀。
前面都很棒 語氣也很輕盈 快睡著的時候突然來一串英文好干擾🥲 馬上被拉回現實 希望能刪掉這段還有結尾
最近經常失眠 聽著聽著好幾次真的睡死 期待持續更新
