曾經的藍海市場，如今似乎被高租金、人力成本、擠壓得喘不過氣。
很多人看到健身風氣盛，就想進場分一杯羹，但實際上賺到錢的有多少人？
健身產業不是不能投資，而是不能「只靠熱情」投資。
你要理解這是一門長週期、低利潤、重服務的生意，需要持續優化體驗與信任。
未來的市場會越來越分眾、越來越專業，關鍵不在開多少間，而是誰能撐得久、做得深。
