Lisa and I consider the holiday season in our latter season in life. I rebuke those who would put words in the mouths of the departed, seek friends to come alongside our ministry and celebrate both fasting and feasting with the Lord.

This encore episode from 2020 remembers the hijinks of Halloween from back in the day, and encourages us to find and read Nathaniel Hawthorne's amazing short story, Young Goodman Brown.

I consider the blessing of Lisa on our 9th anniversary. I celebrate, with appropriate cautions, President Trumps mideast triumph. Plus, why God's will is in some ways as bound as our own.

Lisa and I continue our conversation on entering different seasons in life. I expose the comedy of the drama surrounding government shutdowns, pine away for cinnamon Mini-Wheats and encourage us to see each other as our Father sees us, dressed in the... more

  • Adversity shows action

So thankful to find RC jr on line, as someone who has been in conflict with the front office, I’m so thankful for his Christian testimony as he trusts God to be his vindication… I myself didn’t suffer well under their hypocrisy…

  • Candor and insight from a fellow sinner on the pilgrim’s path

As a fellow sinner, I draw encouragement from RC’s insights - to stay the course that Christ has set before me. That course is never easy, but I am needful of it. Making the journey with a fellow traveler is always more joyful than solitude along the way... more

  • Scary

Why does it seem like every time he has her as a guest speaker, she is threatening someone. They sound like they worship One Another, not Jesus. Full of lies and far from Godly people.

  • It’s the heavy breathing that does it for me

And the adultery. And the 6 figure salary which funds the heavy breathing. And the alienated family. And the bimbo. But mostly the heavy breathing. But don’t forget the long trail of abused friends, family, children, congregants, etc. We’ll never understand why he was defrocked, but to summarize, the heavy breathing is what does it for me.
