I’m in the middle of divorce and the knowledge I gained about High Conflict Personalities (HCP) through this podcast has truly helped me make sense of my soon to be ex-wife’s extraordinary behaviors such blaming me for everything including her cancer. If you’re new to HCPs, I’d recommend listening from episode 1. It’s worth your time.
It is a decent podcast with good information. However , when Megan shared she attended the Charlie Kirk memorial it says a lot about her values. I had to unfollow the show. Integrity matters.
There is some excellent information here, for which I’m truly grateful. However, if you are in the middle of being abused, this can be a tough listen at times. The female host, Megan, has a tic of slightly laughing often during these conversations. While at best this is only slightly irritating, at worst it can be truly jarring and upsetting to hear someone laughing as they discuss extreme mistreatment by narcissistic people.
