Topics are quite high level, not delving deep, if you want a quick history of India, focusing mostly from 1947, some episodes focused on cultural issues, so not entirely historical. Some episodes sound quality recording make it hard to understand discussion, good idea to invest in good equipment.
Clear, Crisp and in-depth !
It’s a good podcast, covering a range of issues. Quite refreshing!
Suggestion - sometimes I feel like the issues covered only discuss superficial aspects and don't necessarily go into sufficient detail. Perhaps changing the style of questioning might help.
For someone who has no introduction to Indian history this is an ideal podcast because it turns events into stories and explains Indian history in a way that makes it shareable, worth spreading. I think the length of the podcasts is perfect to listen to in one stretch and the content is very interesting! It draws parallels to world history for a more clear chronology for events. I listen to these on the bus up to University and they always make for an interesting and refreshing morning!
Highly recommend this one-of-a-kind podcast on India's rich history. The episodes also cover often overlooked aspects of recent history. They are presented in a way that truly engages the listener's attention.
