  • Faith before football

Ostermann is described as “a political scientist who studies state capacity, law and regulatory compliance,” but she has also placed much energy in recent years to promoting abortion and to denigrating those who oppose it. A mere listing of just some of her essays and op-eds—most written in collaboration with her one-time colleague Tamara Kay—published in the last five years gives a rather sickening sense of her views: “Medical fraud at crisis pregnancy centers should make us rethink policy”; “B... more

  • Opinionated but often wrong

These guys are so convinced they are right about EVERYTHING. One guy was a low level D3 assistant and the other guy was a HS JV coach. This show opined that ND should move All American, Nagurski Award winning safety X Watts. back to WR. and Phil Jurkovec (BC & Pitt QB Wash out) should have been QB1 over Ian Book.

  • Hilarious

They rundown Texas Tech. Texas Tech has a ranked win! ND zero while playing Navy and a poor win against Boston College. Hilarious.

Interesting what happened in 1900, but it’s the hack that ND gets a playoff spot while playing no one and losing.

IB Nation Sportsbeat: Notre Dame Spring Football Mailbag
Q: Is Saturday a media allowed practice?
No, it's not a full practice; it's more of a limited, four-period type session rather than a full scrimmage. The next in-depth practice observation is April 18th, which is a Jersey Scrimmage.
Notre Dame Athletic Trainer Mike Bean Talks Inventing The Revolutionary TayCo Brace
Q: How has the TayCo brace evolved in its design and use?
We started with simple casts and handmade pieces, moving to laser-printed prototypes and progressively creating multiple versions for athletes, military, and civilians, while maintaining the core concept of enabling return to function and easier recovery.
Notre Dame Athletic Trainer Mike Bean Talks Inventing The Revolutionary TayCo Brace
Q: What inspired the TayCo brace initially?
The idea emerged about 17 years ago when I was working with football injuries; existing ankle braces were bulky and uncomfortable, so I wanted something that was supportive, functional, and easy to fit, reducing friction and improving the shoe fit.
Notre Dame Linebacker Room Is Deep And Talented
Q: What makes this linebacking group special for Notre Dame in 2026?
The unit combines high-end talent with depth, allowing multiple players to contribute in different roles—rushing the passer, dropping into coverage, and handling various packages—while anticipated returns from Kingston Villamasa add another layer of versatility.
Rapid Fire: Brian Jean-Mary Talks Notre Dame Linebackers, Spring Rotation, Name Pronunciation
Q: What stood out to Bryan Jean‑Marie when he watched his new group of linebackers on film for the first time?
He highlighted the depth of the room, the leadership from players who had already played significant snaps, and the potential to coach them to elevate performance, noting five players with over 100 carries of action and the overall high level of experience.
