Never not taking notes, it been lovely to listen to this podcast when in need for inspiration and practical tips
Anne has a fantastic presence on these podcasts. As an interviewer and host she is organized, knowledgeable, alert, down to earth. But she is also fiercely and effervescently committed to female founders, and her delight in engaging her guests and audience is infectious. Guest Laura Connell was thoughtful, pragmatic, and consistently attentive to the substance of questions rather than easy glib slogans. Outstanding!
As a woman who is new to the world of angel investing and eager to do more in future, this podcast is just the sort of inspirational and practical resource that I’ve been looking for. It’s wonderful to hear directly from entrepreneurs and investors alike, and better understand the landscape of opportunities and challenges, the language, tips and tricks, and more. I’ll be a keen and loyal listener, so please keep the content coming!
Anne is an inspiring powerful woman who knows how to empower women and calls out bias, inequality and unfair treatment without holding back. Her approach is positive but honest. We are not there yet when it comes to equality of opportunity. The podcast raises awareness and global invest her has always offered practical advice for female entrepreneurs and business professionals. This podcast will no doubt, be just as great.
I just could not believe the incredible gap in funding that Anne Ravanona reveals. I was a tech entrepreneur in the 2000s and definitely it was not as wide as it is now. As the World Economic Forum analysed, funding is retreating away from women founders in spite that women are narrowing the gap in executive positions. Why does not the “Money” support women-led businesses when female executives deliver higher shareholder value? I love the mission and vision of this new podcast. I will listen!
