  • Candid insight, in solidarity and with joy

Anne has a fantastic presence on these podcasts. As an interviewer and host she is organized, knowledgeable, alert, down to earth. But she is also fiercely and effervescently committed to female founders, and her delight in engaging her guests and audience is infectious. Guest Laura Connell was thoughtful, pragmatic, and consistently attentive to the substance of questions rather than easy glib slogans. Outstanding!

  • Fantastic podcast by a fantastic woman

Anne is an inspiring powerful woman who knows how to empower women and calls out bias, inequality and unfair treatment without holding back. Her approach is positive but honest. We are not there yet when it comes to equality of opportunity. The podcast raises awareness and global invest her has always offered practical advice for female entrepreneurs and business professionals. This podcast will no doubt, be just as great.

  • Finally the statistics and hard evidence on female founders underfunding is revealed

I just could not believe the incredible gap in funding that Anne Ravanona reveals. I was a tech entrepreneur in the 2000s and definitely it was not as wide as it is now. As the World Economic Forum analysed, funding is retreating away from women founders in spite that women are narrowing the gap in executive positions. Why does not the “Money” support women-led businesses when female executives deliver higher shareholder value? I love the mission and vision of this new podcast. I will listen!

The Monadd Story: Venture-Backed PropTech with Jessica Mendoza
Q: What are the biggest learnings about fundraising and choosing investors?
Fundraising is not linear and founders should educate themselves on options beyond VC, including grants and angel funding; more importantly, founders must set boundaries, select investors who share long-term goals and ethics, and remain flexible but grounded in market reality.

How to Leverage PR to increase your credibility, authentically attract investors, customers and scale, with Andie Cooper, Account Director BeachHut PR
Q: How should funds raising a fund approach PR differently from startups raising a round?
The core formula is similar: demonstrate value, highlight differentiators, and lean into the founders' or team's expertise. For new funds, emphasize the team's track record and domain expertise to build credibility, then apply the same thought-leadership and media strategy to establish visibility.
