  • A bit AI-y

I had high hopes for this. Has good ideas but the script sounds judderingly like it was written by AI - lots of ai hallmarks like weird repetitions and uncanny turns of phrase. And too many “it wasnt this, it was that…”. For a podcast about the paranormal, I had hoped for more feeling and human personality in the storytelling. It might not be the presenter’s fault - maybe she’s under pressure from the company to pump out a lot of material quickly. But as a “journalist and Parapsychologist”, i h... more

  • Enjoyable, but…

I do enjoy the show and there’s a lot to like about it. However, the writing feels overly shaped by AI — particularly in the delivery. The constant stream of short, punchy sentences starts to feel formulaic and a bit mechanical over time.

A more natural, human voice — with variation in rhythm and tone — would really elevate the listening experience and make it feel more authentic and engaging.
