  • Good Topics, OK Host

Detailed but accessible information that I find valuable. I wish the host was better prepared; lots of meandering questions that sometimes trail off into mumbling.

  • If you only listen to one health and exercise podcast, this should be the one

This is an expert on a mission. He is not like so many podcasting out to enrich himself or build a brand. The mission is to provide information so that listeners can make decisions to understand what, why, and how to improve their health.

When you are listening to Glenn you are going on a tour to the experts in their areas of research. He takes you to listen to them describe their research and learn. You could not have a better guide on the tour.
