Thanks heaps guys I’ve learned a lot from it; just wanted to share my thoughts on something regarding the depreciation, it will get adjusted / added back when you have decided to sell the property. Though, it is a great deduction to have throughout the yrs.

I found the podcast great to listen to, Scott is super informative. After listening intently, I tried to make a time with one of their agents for a discussion. I was told that no meetings can take place after 2.30pm. I live in Europe, and was hoping to have a talk at a reasonable hour, but apparently no exceptions are possible. Strange behavior when dealing with potential new clients.
