  • Worth Listening to EVERY episode

As a massage therapist, I am definitely interested in a more holistic approach to healthcare. I started listening to the very first episode and it was so informative and enjoyable. Especially knowing there were about to be some big changes in the world of science and healthcare in the world. I have learned so much and I so appreciate this podcast for being available. • Finally….

It is so refreshing to hear a humanistic view on my relationship with food. I no longer feel and isolated alone.

Thank for removing the shame from what I thought was a closet experience.

To feel seen and understood gives me hope.

  • An Interesting Perspective

After a lifetime of struggling and success and then not success with an abstinence program, Ali’s perspective gives me hope. I’ve struggled with so many “programs” because the ultimately don’t resonate with what I know to be true in my deepest self. I look forward to continuing to hear her work and see how it works for me.

Just coming off of a recent binge and relistened to “Fat is not a feeling…” where I took away a great tip about the power of imagery and art for use in psychotherapy. I’ll be using this for my own clients and myself. Huge support for healing old body love wounds. This episode and some others on the mother wound and the masculine and feminine are really powerful. I take away so much for Insatiable that buoys my own self development and emotional... more
