Ali is just the best. Her episodes are incredibly informative, considerate, nuanced, and actionable. Listening to Insatiable always leaves me feeling optimistic and informed, whereas so many other wellness podcasts sometimes leaving me feeling confused and / or cynical. I highly recommend this show for middle aged women who are looking to learn more about health, lifestyle, their body, and their mind.
What a fantastic and informative interview about the importance of heavy lifting and high intensity/speed intensity workouts for peri-menopausal women. Refreshingly honest truth bombs including practical ways we can support our own health and the physiological changes and symptoms we experience as estrogen and progesterone decrease. Clear questions and insightful answers! Thank you Ali & Dr. Sims - I’ll definitely be sending this one to all the women in my life.
I can’t recommend this podcast enough. Ali is whip smart and shares her insights and wisdom so generously. There is so much valuable information to soak up in every episode. She’s also relatable, open and endlessly passionate about what she teaches. She brings on top guests in her field and I love those conversations as well. Finally, I appreciate her tackling the topic of perimenopause and sharing important and helpful information. This show is on my must-listen list!
