This podcast is so real! I love that you addressed the different age groups and how we are all trying to move and including God amps up our physical focus. A good source for nutrition is Dr. Adrian Chavez. He is a nutrition expert and helps with all of the myths about nutrition.
Maia is such a light and this podcast with her and Blakely is so encouraging 💛💛
I have recently been on a podcast kick and this is just what I’ve needed! I find myself listening to the same songs during my car rides and I wanted to switch things up. I found this podcast after listening to Sadie Robertson’s podcast “WHOA that’s good.” Maia is truly inspiring and has the sweetest words. I’ve only been listening to this for about a week and I already feel like I’m stepping into a better version of myself. It’s definitely worth the listen!

We are most definitely in this together here... more
