いつも楽しく聴かせていただいています。小野社長と池内代表の掛け合いが心地よくて。自然体で飾らない言葉のやりとりと、増田さんの明るくユーモア溢れる問いかけや切り返しがとっても面白く聴かせていただいています。タオルのこと、野菜のことを聞いているのに、自分の生き方や働くことを考えるような時間になっています。とっても響く言葉があって、自分のことや仕事のことを思い浮かべつつ、毎回本当に面白くてクスッと笑顔になります。
特に「しんどいことは美しい/おそくてはやい」の回は何度も聴きたくなるなあと思いました。一緒に視点をずらして考えるだけでなく、こうやって考えたり面白がれるんだと色んなことに気付かされます。そして、今週も頑張るぞ〜という気持ちになります。はたらくを色んな角度から眺めながら、丁寧に誠実に、そしてユーモアを忘れず面白がりながら、作り続けているお三方の言葉や姿勢にはっとしながらも楽しんでいます。引き続き配信を楽しみにしています。
