    Just listened to the first episode, so much contained within that I can relate to.

    Dealing with heartbreak can be an ongoing process, fortunately now being more distant in time from the original events and having successfully undergone a course of EMDR; I can appreciate the wisdom and knowledge that two presenters are able to share.
