I love these six minute meditations, Allen’s voice is so relaxing and I’m always transported to a place of pure serenity feeling refreshed afterwards. It’s also the perfect amount of time where I still get moment of serenity but does not eat up a big chunk of my day. I also LOVE his other podcast “ tracks to relax” to help me fall asleep. I use it every night!
