  • The Flow

I’m loving Tracy’s podcast. I love the range of guests and the deep dives (pun not intended) into water, hydration, and connectedness. I resonate so much with the dialogues and also the perspective Tracy brings — mentored by renowned experts and also guided by intuition. It’s phenomenal to have the feminine framework of the polarities involved with the discussion on water, especially since the flow of water is a very feminine activity. Love it, and can’t wait to hear the next one.
