  • The Flow

I’m loving Tracy’s podcast. I love the range of guests and the deep dives (pun not intended) into water, hydration, and connectedness. I resonate so much with the dialogues and also the perspective Tracy brings — mentored by renowned experts and also guided by intuition. It’s phenomenal to have the feminine framework of the polarities involved with the discussion on water, especially since the flow of water is a very feminine activity. Love it, and can’t wait to hear the next one.

What Happens When You Start Healing Your Energy Field Instead of Your Body
Q: What practical steps can listeners take to start uncovering trapped energy and begin healing?

What Happens When You Start Healing Your Energy Field Instead of Your Body
Q: How do you know if you have trapped emotions and where do they reside in the body/field?
Trapped emotions are detected through emotional states and bodily sensations. The guest explains using neutral observation, higher-self perspective, and feeling-based cues in the energy field to identify where emotions are stored and how to begin clearing them.
