  • The Flow

I’m loving Tracy’s podcast. I love the range of guests and the deep dives (pun not intended) into water, hydration, and connectedness. I resonate so much with the dialogues and also the perspective Tracy brings — mentored by renowned experts and also guided by intuition. It’s phenomenal to have the feminine framework of the polarities involved with the discussion on water, especially since the flow of water is a very feminine activity. Love it, and can’t wait to hear the next one.

The Salt Mistake, 3 Daily Supplements & Quitting Raw Vegan | Hydrate Q&A
Q: Why crystals in the fridge and what do they do?
I use crystals as a visual and ceremonial reminder to care for the food environment; I also believe they help remediate the fridge's electromagnetic field exposure, though I haven't tested it rigorously.
The Salt Mistake, 3 Daily Supplements & Quitting Raw Vegan | Hydrate Q&A
Q: What diet do you subscribe to?
I don't subscribe to any single diet; I've tried raw vegan, but I now focus on local, fresh, whole foods in season, balancing plant and animal proteins to maintain energy and vibrant skin.
The Salt Mistake, 3 Daily Supplements & Quitting Raw Vegan | Hydrate Q&A
Q: What's the biggest mistake people make with electrolytes?
They balance too much salt without adequate potassium, leading to excess extracellular water and bloating; the goal is a sodium-to-potassium balance around 2.5:1 to support cellular hydration rather than simply increasing salt intake.
The Salt Mistake, 3 Daily Supplements & Quitting Raw Vegan | Hydrate Q&A
Q: What supplements do you actually take?
I rely on a basic stack including magnesium that effectively enters cells, vitamin C from a plant-based source that supports the body's needs, and tocotrienols (vitamin E) as a core trio; other supplements are optional based on how I feel and what my body seems to need.
DIY Skincare, Hydration Basics & How She Grew Her Glutes | Hydrate Q&A
Q: What's the biggest challenge you faced in the past couple of years, physical or mental, that you don't normally talk about?
The biggest challenge was going through a divorce and the breakdown of my family unit, which brought up deep fears about my self-worth and lovability. I learned to stop outsourcing my value to others' opinions, lean into my faith, and show up for myself and my kids in alignment with my value system.
