  • Helpful! (..plus a request!)

Love what Onsite does. It is a much needed service. For this podcast, please include some content on couples who have sought help for their marriages. I have not been able to find any content on your marriage intensives. This seems like an omission to rectify! :)

  • Country artist that I thought I knew about

The podcast that I have been listening to are usually ones about country stars and it’s really cool to find out that they are just like me. They have their own worries their own scary moments and they’re still here so thank you for talking to Hardy talking to Thomas Rhett I’d like to see if there’s some more female country stars that you can talk to that would be amazing. Thank you.

  • Real, authentic, helpful and full of life

Originally came across this podcast for the Tyler Hubbard episode. After tuning in I really connected with Miles and the style of conversation he has. It’s always fun to hear the life side of a popular music artist, but I also began to resonate with the psychology and faith side as well. Since then I’ve listened to almost every episode and can’t recommend enough. It’s refreshing, a format that’s unlike many out there and a nice change of pace. Check it out!

Q: Can you share a moment from your Onsite experience that illustrates the power of caregiving?
A stranger's simple act of giving socks turned into a profound moment of connection; it showed that small, genuine gestures can alter someone's trajectory and remind us that care often travels through everyday acts, not grand gestures.
How to Talk to Anyone with Bobby Bones
Q: What role did therapy play in your personal and professional development?
Therapy provided a structured space to understand triggers, practice active listening, and develop tools to respond rather than react, which improved both personal well-being and the quality of conversations you have on air and off.

Q: What have you learned about reading guests and knowing whether they are emotionally honest?
The key is creating a space where people feel seen and safe, and being willing to share your own vulnerabilities so they feel comfortable opening up; it's a two-way trust-building process that often reveals whether someone is genuinely present.
