  • Let’s move on

I loved every episode of this podcast when it first started. I loved the different guest, different perspectives and subjects and how it all tied back into faith. Now it’s just this weekly podcast about infidelity in a marriage. It’s kind of beating a dead horse at this point. Let’s move on.

Carl and Laura are incredibly honest and are doing so much good in the world by helping other individuals/couples through their generous vulnerability sharing their experiences. I love their dynamic together and when their children are on too. They’ve had great guests but my favorite episodes are just the two of them. I hope and pray they are blessed for their contribution to the world by helping people, particularly those that are afraid to com... more

This is some of the most honest, validating, and challenging content I’ve ever heard on the topic of betrayal. So much I wish I had known to do years ago. Thank you so much!

Why Willpower Never Beats Addiction. And What Actually Does. | FT Blaine Bartell
Q: What can someone do right now if they feel out of control with their addiction?
Get into a recovery group, find a committed sponsor or advocate, and begin a concrete eight-week or similar program while building a personal daily routine that reinforces new behaviors. Don't rely on a single step; stack multiple supports and keep reaching out.
