黃淑文黃淑文，作家，心靈繪畫老師、色彩諮詢師、YAI國際靜心引導老師，並為部落客百傑「文學創藝類」金牌獎得主。 臺灣師範大學地理系畢業，任職國中教師7年，被形容為「叛逆學生最愛的老師」，作品獲臺灣創造思考教學優異獎。因為養育兩個孩子，重拾當作家的夢想，2005年辭去教職，成為專職作家。 2013年，帶著20年前任教時，保留的一張學生14歲時所繪櫻木花道的插畫，到監獄探視該生後，發願終身成為受刑人的老師。 為了完成西藏長篇小說，用兩年半的時間完成11萬個大禮拜，並在西藏薩嘎達瓦佛月，親自到釋迦牟尼佛前，用大禮拜環繞大昭寺八廓街一圈，於2020年出版獻給讀者的生命之書：《所有相遇，都是靈魂的思念》。教育部‧國家圖書館評此書為「透過文字療癒心靈，是激勵讀者靈性成長的小說」。為博客來心靈勵志年度百大暢銷書。讀淑文的書，就如她牽著我們的手，和她一起走過生命的巡禮。淑文的文字，就如她的人，質樸溫暖，真誠坦白... more

我想起，常常有些讀者寫信給我，明明前男友是那樣傷害過她，這樣的男人根本不值得她記得，可是為甚麼她還是會忍不住想起，甚至懷念過往的一切，所以她對自己很生氣，最後還會氣自己很沒用。

有一個讀者說，上班遇到不如意時，聽淑文講述六祖惠能為了傳承忍辱的故事很釋懷。
六祖惠能為了躲避追殺，在獵人隊隱藏15年，以前淑文像大家一樣，以為神秀像傳說故事說的，因為忌妒惠能是個不識字的樵夫卻能得到五祖弘忍的衣缽，所以派人追殺惠能。
但淑文閱讀《六祖壇經》，讀到最後幾章，竟發現，歷史對神秀的誤會也很大。
實情超乎大家想像之外的是，神秀本人的個性和作法，根本和傳說的不同。追殺惠能，搶奪衣缽的，有可能是五祖弘忍的其他弟子，並不是神秀。

錄這一集的時候，突然想起大學畢業之後，每隔一段時間，就會做同一個噩夢。
以前的我，很愛做夢，在夢裡面胡思亂想。做完20萬個大禮拜之後，也許有些記憶放下了，清空了，做夢的次數明顯少非常多，甚至夢到甚麼，頂多自己哈哈一笑，就不去在意了。
因此，這一集聊到永嘉大師一首很有名的禪詩：「夢裡明明有六趣，覺後空空無大千。」內心蠻有感覺的。
