這是第一年，花姐在過年期間不在台灣過年，所以呢，在進入大阪的主題之前，花姐先談談她對於婆婆的觀察，以及老公一家人的互動，得出一個每個女人都應該要知道的觀點，關於「自重」：先愛自己，才有人重之。
