阿好姐今年也經歷了大變動，從新北商調到桃園，生活與工作，同時面對鉅大的變動。
在工作上，這半年阿好姐堅持「不加班」，把時間拿來重訓；在生活上，無論日曬雨淋，每天堅持走路 3 公里上班，甚至在等公車、備菜時練習墊腳尖，強健腳踝與小腿肌肉。當身體強健了，面對寒流或工作挫折時，真的會更有餘裕。
