人家說出來混總是要還的，聽了花姐說了那麼多書，看似輕鬆愉快，實則換阿好姐親自上場後，才知道說書沒那麼簡單。所以本集標題不敢說是說書，只能算是藉由【運動改造大腦】這本書來推廣一下運動的重要性。
其實從去年接觸到CLEC投資哲學之後，阿好姐從非常省錢，轉變成很捨得花錢投資在健康上，舉凡雙週看中醫調理發炎體質、跟二位不同老師上一對一教練課、加入健身房會員、週六到板橋上瑜珈課、買魚油等補充保健食品，一個月增加將近二萬元支出在健康上，為什麼有如此大的轉變呢... more
說起來，戲劇就是在講故事，而故事也反映某部分真實世界，我們看故事，我們也在造故事。這集節目，花姐跟大家聊日劇「銀河的一票」的故事，同時也對應我們公部門職場現象，確實有戲如人生之感。
這部日劇在花姐錄音時還沒上架完，所以節目中也不知道最後主角是否實現她的理想了?阿好姐是還沒去看，但我可以想見，我們在現實中的缺憾應該可以劇中得到滿足；今年恰好就是選舉年，我們太需要做對的事的政治人物，好希望劇中的熱血劇情也能在真實世界中上演，讓我燃起一丁點去投票的慾望啊！

颱風天這集根本慣老闆心態，如果要員工樂意付出就應該端出更優良的激勵，而不是抱怨員工應該提公司想，要為公司想很簡單，多少薪水做多少事，有足夠的激勵自然有足夠的人力。
