I wanted to say I really loved this episode. Such a good balance of good questions and a lot of space and safety to answer them
Thank you for your creativity in shining a light on this part of life that there is no point in trying to shut out as it is already within all of us. You and your guests have shared so many ways to embrace and find value from sadness.
I came here because of the Tracii Guns interview. Wow, I was blown away! Tracii has been my guitar god since I was 15 (I’m now 48) and listened to and read hundreds of interviews with him. This one was different because it wasn’t just about the music. It was more personal. I am dealing with a lot in my life right now and hearing one of my heroes talk about how struggles and being vulnerable has given me things to think about. Thank you so much for doing this and thank you Tracii!
I love listening to every second of this podcast. One minute I’m crying and the next catching my self laughing out loud. Absolutely the most enjoyable pod I’ve listened to in ages!
So in love with this podcast. Helen is a wonderful guest and all the conversations ranges from personal story to emotional moments to pure comedy! All with an amazing mission of learning to deal with our deepest emotions. Love it!
