I really like the topics and both presenters are very knowledgeable about the age group. But, I have found the sound quality makes it hard to listen and focus and deters me from listening. That said, I haven’t listened to an episode since summer of 2022, so perhaps the sound quality has improved since then.
We do NOT have enough trained staff and smaller class sizes to safely accommodate the children that need one-on-one instruction. We try really hard to have someone push into the classroom but simply can not do it without proper staffing. more

It makes me question my own pedagogy and also assuring to know that my beliefs towards teaching young children are validated. more
I do enjoy most of the content on this show. These women know what they are talking about! However, as a preschool teacher, I find it off putting the way they come down on teachers that aren’t doing things their way. We are all trying to learn and evolve. I feel a better way to do that is to link arms rather than telling people how wrong they are. more
