I would love to hear from Wes Anderson in regards to Bottle Rocket because it’s one of those films I watch that not only inspires me but is a clear example that I could 100% make a film.
The film completely bombed but directors such as Quentin and Scorsese loved it and I have no idea how the studio gave him the ability to make Rushmore.
I’ll continue making my animated films in the meantime that could absolutely be green light and some thing bigger given the opportunity.
