I’ve, admittedly, never once thought about the therapist’s perspective of therapy. Having had bad experiences with traditional therapy, I’d give up on it. This podcast is incredibly insightful and have feeling it will help me be less apprehensive about it in the future. Thanks for sharing!
It’s a mix of an awesome therapy session and a day of hanging out with the girls. Listen along and love them. Their wisdom is beyond their years ♥️
