I’ve been listening to the AOG podcast for several years. I go back to some of the episodes again and again, and I often recommend it to others. I was thrilled to listen to their latest episode and can’t wait for this next season! Looking forward to the deeper dive into the 54 possible instinct stacks. Thank you, Joel and Jim, for the work you do! You are making a valuable contribut... more
Excellent episodes with no fluff - really love all the panels of the different enneagram types. Thanks for what you guys do, just purchased your book Hunters/Farmers/Teamers

Wow so glad I found your podcast. Love the content, real information and easy to understand. I appreciate both the host style and choice of words. Also thankful for the awesome sound quality. Congratulations on your new book. Looking forward to checking it out.

A practical, impact-focused show exploring the Enneagram through in-depth panel conversations and coaching insights. Across episodes, listeners encounter real-life experiences from multiple Enneagram types, with a strong emphasis on self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and personal growth. A notable strength is the blend of lived-panel storytelling with actionable growth strategies, plus occasional coaching takeaways and guest perspectives that make complex personality work accessible.
