Just the companion I need as I crack the spine on Falling Upwards 🙏

It’s such a delight to hear a seasoned teacher/student so open and humble, along with his 2 hosts, who are both the keenest of students and deep & wide contemplatives. The energy and the enthusiasm brought to the lap of a teacher who can truly listen and engage produces a delightful and insightful listen.

    Thank you 🙇‍♀️

  • Please correct misquote

Hello, I just started listening to the latest episode of Everything Belongs podcast. It begins with Fr. Richard quoting Pope Leo. The quote has been debunked, determined to be fake. Once I have heard a fake quote it makes it hard for me to continue listening. It discredits you/Fr Richard. It erodes trus... more

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS) & episode 4’s shadow work

For anyone looking for practical ways to meet , befriend, and help shadow parts grow more fully, you may want to look into Internal Family Systems (IFS) or “parts work” originated by Richard Schwartz, Ph.D. I also really enjoyed his book You Are The One You’ve Been Waiting For which outlines this work for couples.

  • Cohosts

Cohosts talk way too much. It seems it’s a personal therapy session for them sometimes. Mike asks rambling questions that seem self serving. But still great stuff
