Loved this episode! I've been wanting to be in that room for many years. It gave me a window into what that would be like. Thanks for sharing. Now I'll try to figure how to make that happen.

  • Podcast - interview Meggan Watterson

Any chance you could interview Meggan Watterson, feminist theologian, about the lost gospel of Mary? Fascinating & needed work about feminism in Christianity. Thanks!

The episode emphasizes the live, vulnerable sharing, the accumulating energy of the group, and the way questions connect disparate life stories into a shared exploration.
Luke Farkas Has Some Questions

The host and Luke discuss starting points and agree the process unfolds naturally when participants engage honestly, with questions guiding the flow rather than a fixed agenda.
American Tiger with Adam Skolnick
Q: How do you decide when to fictionalize a real place for a novel-like nonfiction piece?
I opted to fictionalize Simi Valley to maintain authenticity while allowing creative latitude to capture the emotional truth and ecological specifics without being bound to exact street names or locations.
American Tiger with Adam Skolnick
Q: How did the Tiger in Simi Valley become the seed for American Tiger, and what drew you to tell this particular story?
It started from a news sighting that I covered as a reporter. The case expanded as I interviewed wardens and researched the history of the area, which led me to imagine a broader, more intimate narrative around the people involved and the environment they navigated.
