Anyone who has participated on an HOA board knows how much of a headache it can be, and also know how our loved ones can only take so much HOA drama talk at the dinner table! I look forward to listening to my “friends” HOA stories. I try to keep in mind with my neighborhood drama that “things could be much worse”, and Patrick with his 40K oopsie story really solidified that it could be MUCH WORSE. Thanks for the reminder!
