When listening to the podcasts so far especially with Vern Gambetta and Bryan Mann as guests they have been sooo resourceful especially with my delivery of sessions particularly with VBT and Strength training ie; compound lifts.
Really great podcasts across the board.
Really great episode exploring an unfamiliar sport (to me). Guest was great and the alternate sport really made me listen for commonality.
The guest did a good job of explaining the methods he uses to construct his programs. Also, what was the book he referenced about the 3 zones?
Martin and Nick do such a great job. The content and guests are fantastic! Some of the greatest throwing minds out there!
A quality podcast that offers practical discussion and insight into the often impenetrably crowded noise of voices in athletic training- great work !
