We're not historians. We're just two regular people who enjoy a great story and plenty of laughs. This is History's B-Side. History's B-Side is an independent, listener-supported podcast. Thanks!
It’s nice to hear two young men get excited about learning more about history. The programs are well researched and discussed. Love the fact Phil’s father made the whole family learn a thing or two about history every time they took a vacation!
Not gonna lie, I was a bit skeptical about listening to a history podcast. But these actually draw me in and I *enjoy* listening. Even Matt’s little lesson on land tax. Totally expected myself to turn it off when he started in on it. LOL But I actually ended up hooked through the rest of the episode. Great job, guys! Can’t wait for more!
Really great job guys! Thank you for telling women’s stories and for your empathy for their perspectives. You’ve really done your research well and your choices of topics are really interesting. And you articulate your points very well. Also, I love the respectful banter and debates! And the interPUPtions. 😀
Such a good podcast for people who like history, but like hearing about it in an ‘easy to explain’ way. Looking forward to hearing more episodes!
