  • Nice voice, unique concept

I just listened to the gummy bear episode and was most impressed. Jason sounds SO knowledgeable about the subject matter that it's as though he interviewed the family members themselves! He has a nice, warm, pleasant voice, that makes the show easy to listen to for what I feel would be listeners of almost any age. I'm going to recommend this podcast to my wife as she is a history teacher and would enjoy that aspect of what Jason is putting out here.

  • What a cool show

It reminds me of Paul Harvey’s “the rest of the story”. I LOVE stuff like this. Not only is it interesting from a consumer’s point of view to hear how the things we take for granted came about, but it can also be inspiring for would-be entrepreneurs to hear how struggle and accident make for a successful brand more than planning and smarts...although those help too. I’m a new listener!

  • Trivia masters, marketers, and historians, listen to this podcast

I was so excited when I heard about this podcast. Jason assumes the role of tour guide in revealing the history and origins of our favorite brands! He adds in a dash of obscure information, making him better than an Uncle John's Bathroom Reader. Further, the dots he connects between history and myth are magnificent.
