Great history podcast that focuses on the subject of pirates, starting from their beginning. The host, Craig Buddy, is a fine narrator who enjoys his subject, along with putting on plenty of information (the methods of pirate punishment are pretty disturbing). The only bad part is that it doesn’t continue further. For anyone interested in pirates, a great listen.
A fun walk thru the pirate history, touches the old Sea People thru the Golden Age. We always want more sea fairing. Keep it going
I love the pirate podcast it is amazing!
I recommend this podcast to everyone who wants to learn about pirates
I’ve really enjoyed this podcast! I’m a retired US Navy Chief and I find this podcast to be entertaining, factual and a joy to listen to. I hope to become one of the crew soon! Keep up the good work!
Learn cool things like "cat got your tongue?" And why you don't want to let it out of the bag? I am very entertained and now full of new knowledge. Like what's a blood eagle? Can hardly wait for some new episodes. Love it.
Content is interesting and entertaining, but the audio quality is lacking and a little distracting.
What an amazing podcast for the whole family to enjoy and Captain Craig is awesome and very knowledgeable in how explains the ways and histories of pirating.
I wish there was more content for this excellent podcast.
Amazing podcast! I listen to it a lot
Aye aye captain. I give my one voice to you. Great job. Very well done. I love the spirit of the podcast. I love the music and the soundbites that accompany each show. Just overall a very solid very well thought out project. Thank you very much. Truly appreciate it.
While I’m excited to learn about the ancient pirates, episode one opened with spreading myths of the origins of phrases. Minimal research shows that these idioms did not originate from the circumstances put forth. A much better researched and presented podcast is the Pirate History Podcast
LindaLou reporting for duty on the crew, Cap’n!
My husband and I both enjoy this podcaster's skills at storytelling and detailed research. Love this show!!
I love this podcast. Not too long, informative and entertaining.
The host talks too fast for my liking. Words run into eachother, making it hard to follow the narrative.
This podcast is the buried treasure I've been looking for, I only wish I had found it much earlier. Captain CB does a great job and I haven't been able to stop listening since I started. Thank you for sharing CB
