As I get ready for my next hiking adventure, I always listen to the HikeStrong podcast. There’s always a great story about someone who overcame fitness, age-related or other challenges to accomplish their goal. I come away from each episode convinced if they can do it with the right training, so can I! Keep up the good work and great stories and information.
