I’m a major gift fundraiser who stumbled onto Mary’s podcast looking for resources on discovery work. I listened to the August 21 episode about “Your fundraiser is about to quit.” I found this to be a great episode to think about metrics to hold myself accountable for my own work success. Sometimes your official metrics leaving you feeling less than, when maybe the problem is the metrics aren’t a solid foundation to be measuring your work against.
