Thank you all for sharing the knowledge:
Ps. Sorry Josh, I broke your rule on leaving a review after listening to 3 episodes because I waited until I was caught up on all the released ones lol
I’ve taken to listening to this podcast while I get my walks in. I find them motivating while I’m on this health journey. I love the easy going conversation and banter between these 3 and find it helps me stay in check when I’m listening to health and wellness related topics. Thanks Alessandra, Josh and Joelle!
Wow! What a valuable podcast, I’ve learned so much and enjoyed listening to every single episode. Thanks so much for all your knowledge!
I look forward to listening every week and hearing the perspectives on fitness, health, and just life in general. Realistic expectations for busy people who have real lives. Loved it before and now with the faith aspect being sprinkled in, I’m an even bigger fan. Can’t wait for the TFL app!!
