  • Love this podcast even more!

I’ve been listening to this podcast for a year or two now. When Josh and Alessandra announced they were changing things up and adding another host I thought, “Great. Probably ruined.” I’m very much a if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it girl. I was wrong!!! Joelle is a fantastic addition to this podcast. She brings out a chatty side of this podcast and now it feels like 3 friends talking, sharing information, and teasing each other. It’s a fun and informative podcast!

  • Loving your podcast

I’m so happy I stumbled upon your instagrams and started listening to your podcast! I was also excited to find you don’t live too far from me! (I grew up in NY and now live in CT) I’m due with baby #3 in early April so I find your content so relatable. I’m still lifting heavy, doing cardio, and feeling great! I’m learning so much from your podcasts and just want to say thank you & happy holidays!

  • Listen, apply, change your life ❤️

One of the few podcasts that goes right to the top of the queue when a new episode drops!

I’ve followed all three hosts for around 6 years and really started implementing their advice the last 3. I can honestly say I’m a different person today than I was before I started following them. They offer practical advice on improving healthy habits and back up their advice with a scientific explanation that is also easy to follow. I’ve really enjoyed the Q&A episodes each week because it helps me to ... more
