I look forward to listening every week and hearing the perspectives on fitness, health, and just life in general. Realistic expectations for busy people who have real lives. Loved it before and now with the faith aspect being sprinkled in, I’m an even bigger fan. Can’t wait for the TFL app!!
I had been enjoying some of the content on here until Alessandra started questioning the COVID vaccine in the Aug 7 episode. Just a real letdown to realize these folks are typical American conspiracy theorists. I really liked Joelle but have lost respect for her associating with someone like Alessandra.
Love the podcast! Super informative and motivational. Also, I have to say I personally like a little bit of potty language lol I guess to me it adds some authenticity to the show. Keep it up guys!

This is THE podcast for high-achieving adults with big goals in fitness and life. Every episode either teaches me something new or makes me feel seen. It’s especially refreshing to hear from other young parents raising kids, growing businesses, and doing all the “weird” things to stay healthy. Josh, Alessandra, and Joelle are real, grounded, and genuinely enjoyable to listen to - it’s the highlight of my week!
