Laurel has a great grasp on living with a narcissist and gives practical strategies to navigate life with one. And grow beyond. No fluff here. I especially appreciate her Biblical view and sharing related scriptures. I will be getting the book after listening to many of these (but on my Ebook☺️)
I became a member of flying free with Natalie Hoffman, from that community I learned about David Clark and that lead me here. I’m so very happy I feel like I have the triple anti-narc combination to help me through. Her voice is calm and soothing and the prayers at the end of each episode are so valuable. Please keep up the good work, so many of us need this, so many of us are being gaslit by our church leader and pastors.
I have one in my life. This information is helpful in confirming many of my concerns and how I have felt over many years. Thanks for doing such great work.
A woman I know from church recommended this podcast and it has been incredibly helpful
Although I am no longer religious I have found so much knowledge in this podcast. The clinical explanations are something that have really given me peace. Most podcasts are about dealing with a Narcissistic as a romantic partner, but that isn’t always the situation. For me-I have a daughter in law as well as a step son who are both Narcissistic. So finding general information in this podcast has been most helpful in my healing journey.
